Next Grade 5 worked in small groups and completed some short workouts using the iPads to increase their heart rate and get their bodies moving to improve their strength, endurance and flexibility. Before they worked out, they took their resting pulse rate. Once the workouts were complete the students again too their pulse rate to see how it changes with exercise.
