In PE we have been taking records of a number of different fitness tests so that we can track the physical changes to our bodies over the course of the year.
- Sit and Reach (Flexibility)
- Standing Long Jump (Power)
- Vertical Jump (Power)
- Push Up (Muscular Strength and Endurance)
- Sit Ups (Muscular Strength and Endurance)
- Step Ups (Cardiovascular Endurance)
Grade 5 did a fantastic job at these initial tests and we look forward to charting our physical changes during the year.
